The airport lighting and signage rehabilitation project is resuming this August. As part of this work, Runway 13-31 is currently scheduled to be closed from August 3, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Runway 08-26 will be closed overnight August 6, 2026, into the morning of August 7, 2026. During this the 08-26 overnight closure, Runway 13-31 will be opened.

NOTAMs will be issued and updated with specific closure times. During the closure and when necessary, aircraft will be permitted to taxi to cross the runway at designated taxiways. These crossing points will be identified via NOTAMs (the adjoining taxiways that are not closed and specified on the NOTAM system) and also coordinated by ATC during operational hours.
