The Lancaster Airport Authority is looking for airline agents to check in passengers for outgoing airline flights as well as ramp agents to handle customer luggage, marshal aircraft, and assist the airline agents as needed. Positions will initially be part-time with the potential to add hours in other work areas at the Airport. Scheduled hours will be two (2) flights per week for up to four (4) hours on Thursday and Sunday mornings. As the service grows, employees can increase their work hours. Wages for positions depend on experience.

Airline Agent Position:
This position provides the following types of services:
- Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on bags, and assign seats
- Provide information related to the airline schedule, boarding procedures, regulations, and seating arrangements
- Ensures that all regulations are followed along with safety/security measures
Ramp Agents:
This position provides the following types of services:
- Move luggage in and from the aircraft
- Operate ground equipment
- Marshal aircraft to and from the gate
- Ensure ramp areas are safe and free of FOD
- Follow safety and security regulations
- Communicate using a two-way radio
